For over 20 years, Julie Herl has specialized in the details of litigation—the nuggets that, unearthed from a mountain of paper, win cases. She is passionate about advocating for others and works closely with our clients. Julie assists with investigation and case preparation, mediation, trial, and any resulting appeals. She collects records, researches key issues, interviews witnesses, drafts pleadings and discovery, manages document review, and assists with all aspects of case development.

During trials, Julie works closely with her Forsgren Fisher legal colleagues during all aspects of preparation, including assembling trial exhibits, designing demonstrative exhibits, and participating in jury selection, trial support, and post-trial briefing. She has been the lead paralegal in a multitude of court hearings and civil trials, including those that involve complex personal injuries, trademark infringements, and complicated tax appeals.
