Rebecca Martin focuses primarily on business disputes and litigation, playing a key role on some of the firm’s largest cases. Rebecca loves using the law to help solve real-world problems, and this enthusiasm is present in the work she does for our clients. Clients greatly appreciate her prowess in analysis and writing and getting to the bottom of complicated fact scenarios.

Rebecca earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois and her law degree, cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City. While in law school, Rebecca gained practical experience in many legal settings by externing in family court, at state and federal environmental agencies, with the City of Minneapolis, and at the New York Legal Assistance Group. Before joining the firm, Rebecca clerked for Judge Thomas Fraser in Hennepin County District Court.
