Gregory’s practice is built on authenticity and integrity. He represents individuals and businesses involved in complex civil litigation in state and federal courts across Missouri and Kansas.

Gregory joined the firm in 2025 with a diverse litigation background. He has represented individuals, physicians, hospitals, healthcare networks, and businesses pursuing or defending claims involving medical malpractice, premises liability, false imprisonment, wrongful death, automobile and trucking product defects, employment discrimination and retaliation, and construction disputes.

Gregory regularly advises clients throughout all stages of civil litigation and has tried multiple cases to verdict.

Before joining the firm, Gregory clerked for the Hon. Justine E. Del Muro in Missouri’s 16th Circuit Court. Gregory credits Judge Del Muro’s mentorship for shaping him and his approach to practice.

Gregory holds a J.D. from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Law, where he was honored for his Pro Bono and Public Service work while in school. Before that, Gregory played soccer at Culver-Stockton College, where he graduated cum laude with dual undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Legal Studies.

Since 2023, Gregory has been named to Kansas and Missouri Rising Stars, which recognizes fewer than 2.5 percent of attorneys in each state, for civil litigation and medical-malpractice litigation.
