We are pleased to announce that two of our firm’s partners—Andy DeMarea and Bob Gilbertson—have been honored as 2024 Missouri and Kansas Super Lawyers. DeMarea, who first received Super Lawyer recognition in 2005 and is a regular on the annual list, focuses his practice on personal injury claims, construction disputes, and business litigation.  Clients covet his advice and skill in the courtroom and lawyers in both states turn to him regularly for conflict and other referrals. Gilbertson, the firm’s managing partner, handles business and intellectual-property disputes, among others, and has been a Minnesota Super Lawyer for many years.  A Kansas City native, he began practicing more regularly in Missouri and Kansas after Forsgren Fisher McCalmont DeMarea Tysver LLP opened its doors in Kansas City in 2021.  This is first year on the Missouri/Kansas Super Lawyers list.
