Caitlinrose H. Fisher

Caitlinrose is a litigator who understands that at the core of each client’s case, there is a story to tell. She works tirelessly to unearth that story and to tell it through the language of the law.

Caitlinrose’s results speak for themselves. She has successfully achieved the pre-discovery dismissal of multiple federal lawsuits, obtained the complete acquittal of criminal charges following a jury trial, and has worked with a team to win a reversal on a client’s behalf at the United States Supreme Court. In all cases, drawing from her extensive appellate experience, Caitlinrose crafts strategies that drive clients toward the ultimate win in any case – winning on appeal.

Caitlinrose has been repeatedly recognized for her legal work. In 2019, Caitlinrose was honored as a Minnesota Attorney of the Year for her role as co-lead counsel in a federal civil rights case that received international press coverage. Since 2019, she has been annually recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star. And, since 2018, she has been annually recognized as a North Star Lawyer for her commitment to providing pro bono service.
