• Andy DeMarea, based in our Kansas City office, has been included in Best Lawyers since 2015 and is recognized this year for both Commercial Litigation and Construction Litigation.
• Caitlinrose Fisher, recognized for the first time this year (after several years on the Ones to Watch list) in White-Collar Criminal Defense, reflecting her growing impact in complex criminal and regulatory matters, along with her vibrant civil-litigation and civil-rights practice.
• Matt Forsgren, honored annually since 2018, is again recognized for his work in Commercial Litigation, White-Collar Criminal Defense, and Labor & Employment Litigation. This honor, which he also earned in 2022 and 2024, is awarded to only one attorney in each practice area and geographic region, making it a particularly meaningful recognition of Matt’s outstanding reputation, leadership, and impact within the white-collar defense community.
• Bob Gilbertson, recognized since 2013, continues to earn honors in Commercial Litigation, Insurance Law, and Intellectual Property Litigation, helping clients pursue their rights across diverse litigation areas.
• Dan Tysver, named for the second year, is recognized for his work in both Patent Law and Trademark Law, underscoring his longstanding focus on helping clients protect their innovations and brand identities.
• David Wallace-Jackson, also recognized since 2013, is included for his work in Commercial Litigation, White-Collar Criminal Defense, and Intellectual Property Litigation, highlighting his versatility and litigation leadership.
