Ginny McCalmont is an experienced trial lawyer, appellate advocate, and internal investigator. As one client remarked after watching Ginny deliver a winning closing argument in a seven-figure contract dispute, Ginny’s “skill, talent, and thorough preparation are obvious and amazing to see in action.” Ginny’s work has resulted in tens of millions of dollars in payments to our clients. She has also taken the lead in briefing and arguing successful motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, and appeals in state and federal courts around the country.
Ginny is a two-time recipient of Attorney of the Year honors, and her work has received national and international press coverage. She received her J.D. from Yale Law School, where she was an editor of the Yale Law Journal, an executive board member of Yale Law Women, a Coker Fellow, and a member of the Veterans Legal Services Clinic. Before entering private practice, Ginny clerked for federal trial and appellate judges
