Forsgren Fisher is glad to announce that eight of its lawyers have been recognized in the 2026 editions of Minnesota Super Lawyers and Minnesota Rising Stars. The selections reflect the firm’s continued commitment to providing exceptional legal counsel and the respect its attorneys have earned from clients and peers alike.

This year’s recognition highlights both seasoned attorneys and rising leaders.  Five Forsgren Fisher lawyers were named to the 2026 Minnesota Super Lawyers list: Sarah Crippen, Matt Forsgren, Bob Gilbertson, Dan Tysver, and David Wallace-Jackson. In addition, three attorneys—Caitlinrose Fisher, Virginia McCalmont, and Jackson Evert—were recognized as 2026 Minnesota Rising Stars.

“Recognition moments like this remind us of how fortunate we are to be able to practice with each other—regardless of who shows up on which list,” said Forsgren Fisher managing partner Bob Gilbertson.  “And we know that it’s our entire wonderful team, lawyers and nonlawyers alike, that allows us to provide such strong representation for our clients.”

Super Lawyers is a state-by-state rating service that recognizes lawyers who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Ratings are based on peer nominations, independent research, and third-party feedback and evaluations are conducted across 13 categories, including case results, representative clients, and pro bono/community service. Super Lawyers recognition is limited to no more than 5% of attorneys in a state, while Rising Star recognition is reserved for no more than 2.5% of a state’s attorneys under age 40 and in the first 10 years of practice.
